all Items will be dispatched within 3 to 5 working days or sooner.

We do not accept returns unless the item provided is faulty. If you have any concerns or have a defect in your product please contact The Pooch company within 48 hours of receiving the item. The Pooch Company will not replace or be able to offer you a refund you if you do not contact us within the time frame provided.
